Cancellation & Payment Policy

Conditions for cancellations, changes and payments at Reinigungmunchen

1. General

This Cancellation & Payment Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Reinigungmunchen, Owner: Lirigzon Gashi, and applies to all appointments and bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations by the customer

We understand that plans can change. However, as we reserve time slots and staff specifically for your appointment, the following rules apply:

  • Up to 48 hours before the appointment: free cancellation.
  • Between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment: we may charge 50% of the estimated service price.
  • Less than 24 hours before the appointment or in case of no-show / no access on site: we may charge 100% of the estimated service price.

3. Rescheduling / changing appointments

If you wish to reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible.

  • Up to 48 hours before the appointment: rescheduling to another available slot is usually possible free of charge.
  • Within 24–48 hours before the appointment: we may treat rescheduling as a cancellation and rebooking, following the rules above.

We cannot guarantee the availability of specific days or times when rescheduling but will always try to find a suitable solution together with you.

4. Access to the property

You are responsible for ensuring that our staff can access the property at the agreed time (e.g. being on site, providing keys or access codes).

If our staff cannot access the property at the scheduled time and no alternative arrangement can be found within a reasonable time, this will be considered a no-show by the customer, and we may charge up to 100% of the agreed service price.

5. Payment terms

Unless otherwise stated in the offer or invoice, the following payment terms apply:

  • Private customers: payment is generally due immediately after completion of the service, either in cash, card (if available) or by immediate bank transfer.
  • Business customers (invoicing): payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date without deduction.

We operate as a small business according to § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung). Therefore, no VAT is charged on our invoices.

In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge statutory default interest and reminder fees after appropriate reminders.

6. Deposits and large projects

For larger projects, one-time deep cleanings or recurring commercial contracts, we may require a deposit or partial prepayment. The amount and due date will be specified in the individual offer or booking confirmation.

If a project is cancelled by the customer after we have already incurred planning, travel or preparation costs, we may retain or charge part of the deposit to cover these costs.

7. Cancellations by Reinigungmunchen

In rare cases (e.g. illness, accidents, severe weather, technical problems), we may be forced to cancel or postpone an appointment.

In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date. Further claims (e.g. for compensation) are excluded unless mandatory legal liability exists.
