Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Reinigungmunchen
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Reinigungmunchen, Owner: Lirigzon Gashi, Clemensstraße 15, 80803 München, Germany, to consumers and business customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Services
We provide professional cleaning services, such as apartment cleaning, deep cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, stairwell cleaning, move-out cleaning, window cleaning and other related services as agreed with the customer.
The exact scope of services, frequency and any special tasks or add-ons are defined in the booking confirmation, written agreement or individual offer.
3. Offers and conclusion of contract
Our online information, price overviews and service descriptions do not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is concluded only when we confirm your booking or order in writing (e.g. by email) or when we start providing the service.
We reserve the right to reject orders in justified individual cases, for example if the property is not accessible, unsafe, or the condition significantly exceeds normal expectations for cleaning.
4. Prices
All prices are given in Euro. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our prices refer to working time per hour and/or flat-rate prices for specific services, as shown in the offer or booking confirmation.
We operate as a small business according to § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung). Therefore, no VAT is charged on our invoices.
Additional services that are requested on site and not included in the original offer may be charged separately according to our current price list or agreed hourly rate.
5. Access and customer obligations
The customer must ensure that our staff has access to the premises at the agreed time (e.g. presence on site, key handover or other arrangement).
The customer must inform us in advance about special conditions, sensitivities or risks (e.g. alarm systems, sensitive surfaces, valuable or delicate items).
We do not move heavy furniture, large appliances or objects that could cause damage or injury without prior agreement.
6. Performance of services
We perform our services professionally and with due care. However, the achievable result also depends on the condition of the premises and surfaces.
In case of deep cleaning or heavily soiled areas, an extended working time may be necessary. If it becomes apparent on site that the booked time is not sufficient for complete detailed cleaning, we will discuss with the customer whether additional time should be booked or whether a reduced scope of work should be carried out within the agreed time frame.
7. Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for our services is due immediately after completion of the service or, in the case of invoicing, within 7 days of the invoice date without deduction.
We accept the payment methods indicated on our website or in the offer (e.g. bank transfer, card payment, cash, online payment).
In case of payment default, we may charge statutory default interest as well as reminder fees after appropriate reminders.
8. Cancellations and rebooking
Our separate Cancellation & Payment Policy applies to cancellations, changes and no-shows. This policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Complaints and rectification
If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours after completion, ideally with photos and a description of the issue.
We are entitled and obliged to attempt rectification within a reasonable period. Further claims only arise if rectification is not possible or fails.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body or health.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for foreseeable and typical damages under the contract and only if a material contractual obligation has been breached.
We are not liable for existing damages or defects in the premises (e.g. old stains, worn surfaces, loose tiles, unstable fittings) that simply become visible due to cleaning.
11. Force majeure
If we are unable to perform our services due to events beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, illness, accidents, traffic disruptions), we are released from the obligation to perform for the duration of the disruption. In such cases, we will offer a new appointment as soon as possible.
12. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in the future. The version in force at the time of booking shall apply. The current version is available on our website.
13. Governing law and place of jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If the customer is a merchant, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
